Bond Required prior to entry via CC similar to hotels. Please supply details the day prior to entry, No bond, no keys.
Strictly nonrefundable. However, the dates can be released and resold for a refund less expenses/booking commission/rescheduled for same season.
This Bella Vista on Nara is a dual residence with no share spaces. Excl. Carport and stairs to the property. Villa 7 is a self contained apartment.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that visitors comply with the House Rules.
The price charged is for domestic use and for the number of guests stated only.
Smoking is not permitted indoors, please smoke outside, use ashtrays.
Damages and breakages must be reported as soon as possible. All damages will be paid for in full.
Keys that are not at the property on your departure will be charged $180 fee per key
Owners reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy to evict from the Property, Guests/Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance.

MUST BE AUHTORISED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. PLEASE ADVISE YOU SO WE MAY SEND THROUGH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE RETURN PRIOR TO ENTRY. PET BOND REQUIRED PRIOR TO ENTRY VIA CC. NO ENTRY WITHOUT SECUIRTY BOND.
